Mission

Our mission is to establish a robust and scalable genomics platform that facilitates data integration and analysis of genomes from diverse pathogens and enables shared access for authorized users.

Governance

The APGAP Governance and Advisory Committee guides decision-making for the platform’s management, security, and future development. The Committee ensures transparency in platform operations and maintenance and provides a forum for participants to advance the design and adoption of the platform. The Committee is made up of members from each participating institution and derives governing authority from endorsements from leadership at each institution.
